Submission Requirements

1. Executive Referral

Executive Housekeeping Today (EHT) accepts Executive Referral classified advertising.  Please submit typed, double-spaced copy by the 24th, two months prior to the publication's release date in which you would like the advertisement to appear.  Example: submissions received March 24th will appear in the May issue of EHT.

Fee:  $50.00 per published inch, based on a one-third page column.  We will box your ad and include your logo for an added $50.00.  Blind ads are $25.00 additional.  Camera-ready logo art, to size, must be provided.

2. Job News

Job News is an e-newsletter that is sent to I.E.H.A. members that are actively seeking employment every Friday (if there are no ads posted, Job News does not mail). In addition, the ads are also updated on the "Member's Only" section of our Web site every Friday. To post an employment opportunity in Job News, please fax, e-mail, or mail the following information to:

Please include the following information with your ad:

• Name of Company and Contact
• Billing Address

Billing information:

We charge employers $25.00 per 100 words each time the ad is posted in our Job News publication.
To insert a company logo there will be an additional charge of $25.00.  Logo size cannot exceed 2" x 2" and must be E-mailed to the Association Office. Companies are billed AFTER the ads have ran.
